Vishal brings with him 17 years of product and consulting experience, working with Oracle Corporation, PriceWaterHouseCoopers and Wipro Technologies. During his consulting experience, Vishal has worked with several Fortune 500 customers. He has successfully completed over two dozen full life cycle ERP projects.

In his current role, Vishal has been heading and managing the Enterprise Business Applications group at Inventive. He has been primarily responsible of setting up the core ERP practice, including the sales, recruitment and delivery functions. He currently manages the P&L for the ERP practice.

Vishal holds a Master's degree from University of Nebraska, Lincoln.

Rajeev is part of Drivestream's Account Management Group for the North American Eastern Region and leads the ERP practice for the organization. Rajeev is responsible for managing some of Drivestream's key Financials accounts and projects in the Oracle Cloud and PeopleSoft space. With his 15+ years of experience in Financial applications, Rajeev has worked with CFOs and Treasurers in implementing their Financial and Treasury applications. Recently Rajeev has been helping both midsize and Enterprise clients successfully migrate their mission critical Financials Applications to Oracle's ERP Cloud.

Monica leads the Drivestream Oracle Cloud ERP Center of Excellence consulting practice for Cloud Financials, Cloud Procurement and Cloud SCM. She is responsible for the Management and development of a distributed team of onshore and offshore resources, participating in the Oracle Cloud project sales cycle and overall Oracle Cloud project delivery.

Monica has over sixteen years of experience delivering Oracle Cloud and Oracle E-Business solutions across a diverse range of clients and industries. Her strengths include but not limited to Applications Management, Project Management and solid hands-on ability in both the Functional and Technical role. Monica is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is also ITIL v3 certified by the APM Group. Jay's primary responsibilities include managing Drivestream's ERP Practice. As a Delivery Executive, Jay is responsible for planning and executing ways to improve existing internal processes and managing client relationships.

Prior to joining Drivestream, Jay worked in IBM Global Services (IGS) and was part of North America IBM GBS Subject Matter Expert (SME) group for ERP Solutions. Jay also worked with PeopleSoft in Pleasanton, CA and worked in the IT department implementing the first generation PeopleSoft 8.0 products internally.

Jay has a Computer Information Systems degree from Georgia Southwestern State University.
