Additionally, GILT absolutely required implementation to be completed ahead of their peak shopping season. The company initially faced organizational and product fit challenges which threatened to derail the project. Under new leadership, and working closely with their partner, SRI was able to regroup for success, and launch a successful Cloud solution.
