Today's leading businesses realize that sooner or later they will have to migrate their HCM processes to the Cloud. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.
Whether it's a new HCM implementation where only spreadsheets existed before, or if it's a migration from a sophisticated PeopleSoft or E-Business Suite application to the Cloud, HR and Technology leaders are making the move.
Come listen to leaders from four innovative companies discuss the process they went through as they migrated to the HCM Cloud. Moderated by Jacob Thomas, Executive Vice President & Managing Partner at Drivestream, this session will surely prove to be lively and informative!

The Kaiser Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) wanted to simplify their HR business processes. To do so, they migrated their HCM from on-premise PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud HCM.
As a result, in the first phase of their project Kaiser CPMG dramatically simplified their benefits plans, moving from over 500 benefits plans to just 40 benefits plans. In the upcoming phases CPMG will implement the full Oracle HCM Cloud suite, including Global Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting/Onboarding, Workforce and Performance Management, and more!
