This session discusses the value of application managed services for cloud applications and why it is necessary for organization. It will cover what is included in the services, outline the benefits and discuss what is expected of the school.  There will also be discussion of the metrics used to evaluate the success of the service.

Learn from other schools their experience in the planning phase, the challenges they faced and how they overcame them.  You'll gain insight into the implementation phase including best practices for successful implementation.
