Employer name: Drivestream, Inc.     Position Title:  Senior Oracle HCM Consultant   Location:  Sterling, VA

I: Essential Job Functions:

•    Analyze, implement, customize, and enhance Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Global HR, Advanced Benefits and Performance modules. 
•    Gather, analyze and document requirements. 
•    Create requirement gathering templates for Oracle HCM modules. 
•    Analyze As-Is business processes and processing systems. 
•    Conduct Fit-Gap analysis to map current business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud delivered processes and identify gaps. 
•    Contribute to the development, documentation and streamlining of business processes, procedures and policies. 
•    Work with the Business users to develop data mapping document for interface/conversion development. 
•    Develop various enhancements and customizations for various modules in Oracle HCM Cloud. 
•    Implement workforce deployment using Oracle Fusion Functional Setup Manager (FSM). 
•    Configure security for Oracle Fusion Global HR in data security, security profiles and role mappings. 
•    Create test cases, test scripts, test plans, and conduct unit/integration testing. Create Business Intelligence (BI) reports using Oracle SQL and BI publisher. 
•    Develop user documentation and provide training to end-users.

II: Education and Experience Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field

III: Experienced Required:

•    5 years of Oracle design, configuration, and personalization experience

IV: Special Skills Required:

•    Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) - Global HR, Benefits, and Payroll
•    Oracle PeopleSoft
•    Gap Analysis, Application Design, Application Configuration, and Personalization, CRP execution and UAT/Parallel Run and Production Support
•    Experience leading small teams with little supervision
